Community Business Leaders of Tomorrow- Leadership program targeted towards business leaders in rural counties that can help stimulate economic growth and improve the quality of life for residents in that county.

MYLife- Intense youth leadership course that targets 9th-12th graders to become more successful as adults.

Hardeman County Leadership Program- Program will focus on identifying participants' strengths and utilizing them within the community.

Summer Stars of Presidio- Youth leadership Program that targets 14-18 year old adolescents, that promotes the development of leadership qualities, skills, and competencies, in hopes they will contribute back to the community.

Master Entrepreneur- Program designed to teach eleventh graders entrepreneurial skills in hopes they will start their own business in the community they grew up in and continue to live there.

Planning and implementing programs associated with community leadership continues to increase in Texas Cooperative Extension.

Example targeted audiences for leadership programs include: teen agriculture leaders, character education of youth, youth livestock project participants, 4-H club managers, Master Gardeners, 4-H youth youth ambassadors, home buyers, adult volunteers, Extension Program Councils, and Master Naturalists to name a few.
